This fish dish is so easy, you don’t even need a recipe! How do we make the fish extra tasty and crunchy? With awesome Nut Crumbs!

  • 12-16 Ounces of White Fish of Choice (Such As Cod)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • I Egg Whisked
  • Olive Oil
  • 3/4 Cup Finely Pulverized Nuts Of Your Choice Or Use Nut Crumbs
  • Salt, Pepper To Your Taste Preference
  • Optional Herbs Like: Dill, Marjoram, (1 Tsp)
  • Avocado Oil Or Spray (1-3 Tsp)
Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees
Whisk one egg and put into a shallow bowl that will accommodate your fish. Coat the fish on both sides. Place dipped fish on a baking pan that has been sprayed or coated lightly with a healthy oil or covered with parchment paper. Add salt, pepper and herbs to one side before sprinkling with a coating of nut crumbs. Spraying the fish with a touch of avocado oil after placing nuts will help them adhere better. Gently turn the fish over using a large spatula. Repeat the seasoning and addition of nut crumbs to the other side.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Oven temperatures vary so adjust yours for the best results. Watch for the nut crumbs to become golden brown and look crunchy. If the don’t at 20 minutes, put under the broiler for 2-3 minutes.
