Chocolate Banana Smoothie

• 1 cup almond or coconut milk (unsweetened)
• 1 Scoop IsaPro or Grass-fed Undenatured Whey Protein
• ½ Banana (frozen optional)
• 1 Tablespoon Nut-butter (Almond, Peanut, Sunflower)
• PGX Granules (optional)
• 1-2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
• Optional Stevia, Treleafia or Monk fruit to taste
• 2 Ice cubes (optional) if you like extra cold

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until frozen ingredients are well mixed and enjoy!

Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

1 Cup almond or coconut milk
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1/2 Large Orange (peeled and seeds removed)
1 Scoop IsaPro or Grass-fed Undenatured Whey Protein
½ Banana (frozen optional)
3 Ice cubes (optional)

Blend together in bullet or blender. Tip: Coconut Oil will harden in cold. If you blend the first 5 ingredients together without the ice, the coconut oil will blend much better. Then add your ice and blend again.  Same applies if using a frozen banana.
