Simple Body Brushing Technique:
- Before bathing with your Body brush starting from the feet on up brush all parts of your body, brush the skin with firm strokes.
- Brush in upward motion towards the heart
- Brush for 1-2 minutes or longer.
- Step in shower or bath and rinse body off.
