- Equal Parts Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1/3 of a cup works well)
- Equal Parts Red Wine Vinegar (1/3 of a cup works well)
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Teaspoon dried herbs such as Italian Seasoning, Herbs d’Provence or other
- 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- salt & pepper to taste
Combine everything in a jar with a lid. Shake and serve
