2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds

1/4 cup water

Salt or other seasonings to taste.

Pre heat over to 400 degrees F.

Mix everything in a bowl until you get a thick gel like batter.

Drop batter in rounds on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.  Flatten and shape with spoon or finger.

(You can also make in one large sheet and break up later into pieces. This method takes a little extra care in flipping over.)

Bake for 15 minutes,  then flip over and continue baking for 10-15 minutes more depending on how thick you made them.

Servings: 1

Nutrition Per Serving: 120 calories, 8g fat, 8g carbohydrate, 8g fiber, 5g protein

You can double, triple or even quadruple this recipe and store in an air tight container.
