Part I
If we’re brutally honest, most of us don’t love aging. The benefits – like wisdom, experience, blah blah blah, don’t always outweigh the downside – like wrinkles, health issues, mental fogginess. I’m guessing YOU know what we mean. So, we thought we’d start a weekly dialogue on what you really feel about aging. In this 2-minute video, Robyn is very transparent. We hope you will share your thoughts as well in the comment section below. PLEASE NOTE: This was recorded almost 5 years ago but its as relevant as ever.
Oh by the way, we feel confident that this can be a safe and accepting place to share. Let’s not judge each other – let’s listen, support and encourage. And…we WILL be sharing future posts where we’ll discuss the UPSIDE of aging!
The conversation is beginning in the comments below. How many of you have chosen to “give gray a chance”? If you’re willing to share your pictures, we’ll post them for others to enjoy.
No matter what color your hair – if you cover up or go natural – you all have an important voice and something to share! We’d love to hear from you!

I don’t know about YOU – but if I could change one thing about my body as I age it is my gnarly, arthritic looking hands! Fortunately, eating an anti-inflammatory diet and taking some key supplements like CBD and Curcumin have increased my mobility and I’m 90% pain free. But my hands still look older than I feel! How about you?
Excited that I can still do that same kick that I did in video # 2 five years later.
One of my biggest fears is getting dementia, or alzheimer’s, and no longer recognizing my loved ones.
My age related issue I’m fighting is the brown spots on my face and hands. 🙂
I don’t want those to give away my age!
What I fear is that I haven’t lived out my purpose.
Age is like speed. 5 years old, life moves at 5 mph. At 20 years old,20 mph. At 60 years old, 60mph.
This illustration helps me to realize the differences in how we experience time.
