It is essential to work on the basics – like proper hydration, sleep, good nutrition, etc. to build a strong foundation for not only healthier skin, but a healthier body. It is the CONSISTENCY of good habits that adds up to actually being able to stall and even reverse the aging process in some cases. In addition to the basics listed below, I’ve included the supplements and products I’ve used most consistently the past 10 or more years. I’ve actually been taking double and quadruple doses of quality fish oil (Coromega) for over 20 years. It has also helped tremendously with my hot flashes.

1.  Drink LOTS of water & add minerals

2.  Get 7-9 hours of sleep  (I use Melatonin and Robyn uses Prosom)

3.  Exercise Daily (Great Circulation = Better Skin)

4.  Practice Deep Breathing Daily

5. Eat LOTS of organic veggies and fruits (especially berries)

6.  Take Maximal Doses of Fish Oil

7.  Use Hyaluronic Acid Serum Topically 2x Day

8.  Supplement with Marine Collagen

9.  Use Organic Castor Oil around eyes and lips (see video)
