Do you ever have that slump in the middle of the afternoon and can’t figure out what a great healthy snack would be? Well these energy bites will give you the perfect pick me up and will satisfy any craving you may be having. Super easy to prepare, no baking. Just stirring up a few ingredients, rolling into balls and refrigerate. Enjoy!

Directions:
Add all ingredients together in a bowl, combine well. Roll rounded tablespoons of the mixture into balls and then roll in a little shredded coconut or cocoa powder and refrigerate. Approx. 75 calories per ball
1/2 Cup Organic Almond Butter – You can use any other nut or seed butter your prefer.
1/8 cup Raw Wild Honey
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1/8 tsp Sea Salt
2 Drops Wild Orange Essential Oil – Optional
1/2 cup chopped nuts &/or seeds ( we used almonds & pumpkin seeds)
