I was an out of control emotional eater as a young woman. Of course, healing and changing habits can take time. However, it is often the little things that add up. These three simple strategies helped me (Danna) as I was “training” myself out of unhealthy bulimic practices. The first tip is essential. The second two are practical and very helpful. Consistency is the key. Don’t try to overcome emotional eating – TRAIN. It is a process.
