How often do you take your blood pressure?
Is it just once a year when you do your annual exam? Or are you like me and own your machine and take it regularly? I have had a consistently healthy lifestyle, healthy diet, healthy weight, and daily exercise for decades. My blood pressure was normal for decades.
In my early 60’s, I began checking periodically since high blood pressure (hypertension) is considered the silent killer – because we can’t feel it. I started to see my numbers going up. Sometimes it was 140/90. On occasion, I it was really high, like 160/100. That alarmed me. I would check my blood pressure more and more often, and sometimes it was back in the normal, healthy range.
So what did I do? I took the natural supplement, my naturopath, Dr. Mark Stengler recommended: HTN. And, it worked! Now at 71 years old, I continue to take HTN on the days when my BP is elevated.

Always check with your doctor to make sure any supplement is appropriate for you. We’ve had several clients under the direction of their doctor, move off their pharmaceuticals and take the HTN. It’s working very well for them.
