Sunflower Oil
Cotton Seed Oil
Vegetable Oil
Rapeseed Oil
Grape Seed Oil
Margarine

Substitute with:  (Our favorites have links)

Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (for cooking and baking)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil  (for drizzling and salad dressings)
Avocado Oil (for cooking – but not near as good as Coconut)
Grass fed/organic Butter
Grass fed/organic Ghee
